Plai Essential Oil

Plai belongs to the same family as Ginger.

Within cosmetic and skincare products, Plai Oil functions as a natural antioxidant that helps defend the skin from damaging free radicals that can compromise cellular DNA and contribute to visible aging signs such as wrinkles and loss of firmness. It is also known to reduce the look of redness associated with conditions like eczema and rosacea by supporting skin comfort. Due to its pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory properties, Plai Essential Oil is frequently incorporated into massage blends to help alleviate muscle and joint discomfort, swelling, arthritis, rheumatic issues, and tendon strain related to physical activity. One of its primary components, terpinen-4-ol—also found prominently in Tea Tree Essential Oil—adds to its effectiveness as a natural cleansing agent.

On an emotional level, Plai Essential Oil is energizing and helps release mental stagnation or blocked energy. It may promote an overall sense of balance and positivity during the day, while also helping quiet anxious thoughts and support restful sleep when used in the evening.
