Caps and inserts are not included. Please select flow reduction inserts and caps accordingly:

0.71mm for lavender, tea tree etc

0.125mm for absolutes, patchouli, myrrh etc

2mm for sandalwood, benzoin etc

Otherwise we sell a cap which seals the bottle without the need for an insert. 10mm is the pouring size without an insert
