Spruce black (10mls) Essential Oil

Black spruce essential oil is distilled from the needles and twigs of the black spruce tree (Picea mariana), a conifer native to North America. It has a fresh, woody, slightly sweet, and resinous aroma-often described as grounding and revitalizing.

Properties

Aroma: Fresh, pine-like, slightly balsamic

Colour: Clear to pale yellow

Main constituents: Bornyl acetate, camphene, -pinene, -pinene

Common Uses

Respiratory support - may help ease congestion, coughs, and breathing difficulties.

Stress relief - grounding and calming, sometimes used in meditation or to reduce fatigue.

Muscle & joint relief - added to massage blends for sore muscles or tension.

Skin support - diluted, it can soothe minor skin irritations.
