TURMERIC is wonderful for relieving inflammation and pain. It can help all joint problems as well as muscle problems. Use it for arthritis, rheumatism, sports injuries, fibromyalgia and all other aches and pains.

My favourite blend at the moment is TURMERIC and FRANKINCENSE. Add 2 drops Turmeric and 2 drops Frankincense to 10 mls which is 2 teaspoons of carrier oil. Then massage gently into the affected areas. You can also try 3 drops of Turmeric and 3 drops Frankincense in a bath to relieve pain and inflammation.

Turmeric can also be used for digestive problems, depression as well as to improve the skin and hair. It is even thought to be anti-cancer. It is a miracle oil!
