A beautifully fragrant oil that is wonderful for anxiety and stress and, in fact, all stress-related conditions.  It helps us to create a balance in our lives and is excellent for when you have been pushing yourself too hard.  Verbena can help you to relax and reduce worrying and insomnia.  A fantastic oil to uplift you when you are feeling at your lowest, verbena fills us with positivity.  It is also excellent for all digestive disorders especially those aggravated by stress and is useful after overindulging in food and/or alcohol. A must -have pick-me-up!

WARNING

True Verbena should not to be confused with the oil of Spanish Verbena (Thymus hyemalis) or the herb Vervain (Verbena officinalis).

Inexpensive ‘Verbena’ oils are likely to be adulterated with low cost sources of citrals, synthetically derived citrals, or from Litsea cubeba or Lemongrass.
